Pros

Absolutely none. People walk out fast once they see how unbearable it is. Staying here is pure misery.

Cons

- Managers create a toxic, fear-driven atmosphere that crushes morale. - Verbal attacks are constant. Even the smallest error leads to being screamed at in front of others. - Bullying is routine. Anyone who speaks up or disagrees becomes a target. - Demands are outrageous and come with threats and harassment if you fall short.

Insults and verbal abuse were what we experience if we couldn't deliver expectations! The owner is horrible and her attitude is just evil! Avoid this company or your life will be hellish!
