If you're thinking about working here, just be ready, it's rough. The whole vibe is toxic, with managers running things through fear instead of respect. The pay is so low that most people end up pulling insane hours just to scrape by, which makes the job insanely stressful. On top of that, the systems they use are outdated, and the working conditions don't even match the number of people crammed into the place. It's less about building a career and more about surviving day to day.

Beneath the curated image of style and elegance was workplace that ran on exhaustion. Turnover was constant workloads were handed out with zero consideration for balance, and people were tossed aside when they burned out. The only thing that mattered was keeping the showroom image intact while employees quietly fell apart in the background.
