The actual tasks were manageable, though the pressure could easily become too much to handle.

Cons

- Verbal insults are thrown around constantly, creating a hostile and fear-driven atmosphere. - Even the smallest mistakes are met with harsh criticism and public humiliation. - The workload is exhausting, and the pay is far too low for the amount of effort demanded. - Working under such cruel and controlling managers drains every bit of motivation and joy from the job.
