Good benefits, 401k, stable company, many extra discounted benefits, located in the center of the city

Cons

Will continuously work short in certain areas and will even pull staff from your area to cover preferred areas. Working in healthcare, you would think you would be taken care of if you get sick, think again. They will just get rid of you.
