Pros

Culture in office is amazing and defined on first day of work. The division is growing at a rapid pace in an everchanging market.

Cons

New home construction has its ebbs and flows. There were no major cons to company outside of normal everyday work things. Communication and expectations between sales and construction could have been better, but that is being improved upon daily.

Pros

Meritage Homes is a wonderful company to work for, offering a true family atmosphere and genuinely taking care of their people. I highly recommend Meritage Homes—the team I work with is outstanding and phenomenal. This company truly cares and will go above and beyond to help in any situation.

Cons

In my 3 to 4 years of experience with Meritage Homes, I honestly haven’t found any real cons. If I had to choose one, it would be that I didn’t start my career in the construction industry with Meritage Homes from the very beginning.
