      Great pay Great work from home policy Tons of autonomy My direct report is gracious, understanding, but also demands excellence. And she's approachable. Execs know who you are and appreciate you Company has a vision that is communicated to employees Good work environment and atmosphere Good treats in the office. Very nice office.
