Pros

Great recommendations from current and former employees. Sales first culture. Really good training for new hires. Ample resources, helpful agents/mgrs. Empowers sales to make this "their business" which means we have resources and tools, but there is also room to be creative and do your own thing to bring in traffic and get your community name out there. Agent commission is equivalent to market.

Cons

Negative attitudes of some can hinder attitudes of new employees. Agents who believe they should be able to just be present, will have a hard time with this culture that expects agents to make it happen and take ownership. Agents do work every weekend.
