      Pros

      I think the biggest pro for me is that there seems to be a genuine desire from the leadership team for everyone to excel and enjoy coming to work each day. There is definitely a great process for new employees to see how each department works and are intertwined with one another. I am thoroughly impressed to see how each department strives to help the next department succeed.

      Cons

      I have been with Maritage for right at 60 days, I have not really seen a downside. I have been treated with kindness and respect. I have been given lots of training and information on the company

      Pros

      Being a newer employee to Meritage Homes, I have received a lot of support from my manager and the more senior employees throughout the company. The culture is very team oriented and everyone works hard to succeed and get results. It is refreshing to work in an environment where good decisions are made quickly.

      Cons

      Still new and am hoping to have opportunities for career advancement. Time will tell.
