      Pros

      HR talent acquistion and management is desparate to fill positions...so they may contact you out of nowhere about a job here. Once that happens you pretty much have an offer pending agreeing to a starting salary.

      Cons

      What you actually do on the job doesn't matter. How leadership precieves you is all that matters which in most cases is poor judgement. If you're a master of smoke and mirrors, this is your dream job. Never challenge your boss even if he/she is totally wrong or there is a misunderstanding even if you are totally right. If you can do this, you have bought yourself at least 3-4 years of a career here.

      Great product and top of the group in energy efficiency.

      Cons

      Read the company description. I wrote it a few years ago and it was very hard to come up with something that positive regarding culture and how employees are treated. The truth is, people give years of loyalty to this company and then are give up on over night and fired. And usually wth a weak reason for it! They talk about growing their people but being as I was involved, the only thing the execs care about is making sure someone is ready for the next Division President role when someone quits, or fired over night. Sad to say but this site is for honest reviews and while the beginning of tenure is sweet, it won't be too long before the CEO or now COO becomes judgmental of you personally and your skill set won't matter.
