      Pros

      Very clean work environment. Great coffee maker. Great location if you live in the area. A wonderful and cheerful receptionist, always greeted with a smile.

      Cons

      You need to have a very bad attitude to work there. There are sayings around the office that seem to promote this negative behavior. There is a lot of finger pointing and not taking resposibility for task that are assigned to you.

      If you need a check take it BUT, you better get "10's" on the customer surveys.

      Pros

      They are more then fair when it comes time to down sizing there employees.

      Cons

      They are married to the customer surveys so if you don't get "10's" you did something wrong and your job could be in jeopardy. If you do get "10's" then you did your job.

      Build good homes but....

      Pros

      Delivered quality homes to the customer. Support staff was top notch. We were given the freedom to get what we needed done without micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was too much upper management turnover. We had 4 managers in a 2 year span. Too much emphasis put on customer surveys.
