      Pros

      I feel fortunate to have recently celebrated 5 years with Meritage Homes. I enjoy working here and would highly recommend the Company to anyone looking for a job in homebuilding. They go above and beyond for their employees. They offer flex schedules, great benefits, a nice office setting (these are just a few of many perks). They are good at keeping employees up to date about Company happenings/changes via Teams and in person meetings. The Management Team is very approachable and is open to input on its processes.
