Pros

The autonomy with accountability approach was nice. Also, the ability to have an open selling area where you can get appointments at every community was a plus.

Cons

Over the past two years, the company’s overall approach and philosophy have shifted significantly. There has been a greater emphasis on Sales Counselors independently driving business, with less reliance on company-supported marketing initiatives to generate community traffic. As a result, the role has evolved to require a blend of marketing management and real estate expertise, rather than focusing solely on traditional sales responsibilities. Additionally, challenges such as increasingly aggressive sales targets and perceived inconsistencies in internal support have created a more complex and, at times, difficult environment to navigate.

Pros

They have a great reputation in the Triangle.

Cons

Management are often not qualified to do the job. The head of sales is a hot mess. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing.
