Strong commitment to integrity and giving back to the community. Company invests heavily in people and their growth. Sales offers a unique “sky is the limit” opportunity that rewards ownership and high performance. Construction operates with an efficient “easy = right” process that improves operations and enhances the customer experience. Many teammates, including myself, own a Meritage home, which speaks to our confidence in the product. Team collaboration is real; we win together and celebrate together. We assume positive intent, communicate well, and embrace a strategy that continues to evolve and deliver results. The best homebuilder I’ve worked for.
