Pros

-Coworkers are generally friendly and supportive. -Good work-life balance in most departments. -Decent benefits and PTO package.

Cons

-Management often doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing; direction constantly changes. -Lack of transparency and poor communication from leadership. -Too much focus on image they insist on being called a “company,” not a “bank,” which feels unnecessary and confusing. -Minimal opportunities for growth or career development. -Leadership talks about culture but doesn’t live it. -Decisions are reactive, not strategic.

Pros

Mostly Genuine Employees Benefits Good Location Nice Break Rooms Involved in the Community

Cons

Upper Managements Goal is not to be help but to see how much you can take before you break. Not understanding of life outside of work. Very short training. The Real Estate Departments role is to collect from all parties documents, clear underwriting conditions, prepare closing docs, disburse and fund the loan. Other institutions have these as all different departments not one person doing it all... for very little pay.
