Cons

Don’t support growth even though they preach about it. When there is a serious HR problem with management they do NOTHING about it but if it’s a worker they fire them without even a bat of the eye of research. Certain managers are good with PTO, others will be upset you use the time you have earned.

Culture has gone way down over the years. I continue to hear worse and worse things from others who leave the place. The pay was below average. They will not promote you from retail to back office if you are good at your job.
