- Decent amount of time off throughout the year - Health benefits aren't the worst

Cons

- No sense of culture or fun - Associates are isolated to their teams and new ideas are not encouraged - Many of us who worked for an agency Merkle acquired were eventually laid off while Merkle true-bloods received promotions - Overall sense of not being transparent and not showing respect - Pay was honestly not great when comparing to similar jobs in the field
