Pros

Merkle gives tons of opportunities to learn from very smart people. The company entrusts huge, challenging projects to us, pushing us to excel and advance. The employees are very friendly and ready to help each others. We also have social hours like Thirsty Thursday's once in a month to get away from work and have some fun time with colleagues.

Cons

Need to work for long hours to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
