An OK place to work, but has many flaws

Flexibility and laid-back atmosphere. Decent benefits and perks.

Cons

Lots of tech-debt on many platforms. Although flexible, work-life balance is a struggle here. Not really focused on professional development. Lots of office politics and favoritism. Since being acquired by Merkle and moving to Southfield the overall atmosphere and culture has eroded.

On compensation, we are thorough with market bench-marking to ensure that we offer competitive salaries. Failure to do so would mean that we were not able to attract the strongest people to our teams and so it is incredibly important to us that we review continually against the rest of the market for the skills we either require, or have. So this happens during the recruitment process and during the compensation review process for employees.
