Pros

Pay is good insurance is okay

Cons

They have no training program which leaves inexperienced welders putting bad welds on improperly fit pieces, crane operators with no experience might kill you or themselves at any moment. Most of the managers are lazy and lack the knowledge to be a good leader they have no business being in the position they are in and only got there by kissing up and backstabbing. The owner tries to run the shop from a thousand miles away and is failing miserably. Close to 100 people a year come and go in the revolving door of inexperience that is Merrill. Your treated like a number not a person . If I could rate negative stars I would.
