Pros

Most of the projects have work that is unique & challenging. The materials used are sometimes rare or exotic. The company is flush with work & has plenty of overtime available. The work & money are there if you are willing. The pay is excellent if you can prove to them that you are worth it. Great health, vision & dental coverage/benefits

Cons

The main cons that I have are the stress & challenging nature of the job.

Pros

Projects for the most part are interesting and challenging. A very hard working team called on to work even harder as of late. The benefits are average with significant employee cost share.

Cons

It feels as though the structure is crumbling. Executive leadership seems overwhelmed and unable to see the forest for the trees. Turn-over is increasing due to a weak foundation.
