Pros

The senior management has worked tirelessly to bring on a world class group of talented people. Michael Merritt knows that to build a world class product, you need a world class company. Trying to do it the other way round doesn't work. From the outset of my employment it was clear to me that Merritt was different. The transparency in direction and purpose is a rare commodity in business, and throughout the past several years there has been a crystal clear message about who Merritt is and what Merritt does. Internally, the moves made to shore up any weaknesses that are identified has been refreshing, like "we're all in this together". Unlike most companies' attitudes toward their employees, Merritt is genuinely concerned with the well-being of the entire crew. It's hard to stay on top of an industry like this, but only so if you rest on the past. Merritt is committed to building on and learning from the past to continue to provide each client with unprecedented service and quality. Senior management has taken steps to ensure that they are being shown where improvements can be made, and they are listened to and implemented.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind now.
