      Pros

      There is new energy with new operations people leading the company Positive new things being added or talked about being added (system, tools, etc,) If you like to earn extra, they offer OT often

      Cons

      Does have tight deadlines, but artisan work, so pressure hard for some to handle.

      Pros

      They do beautiful work for the 1 % of the 1%. My direct manger is wonderful.

      Cons

      Margins have been low and so increases are slow and low. Understaffed when it comes to the trade and so work goes out slow and makes it harder to make a profit, with our High maintenance clients.
