Pros

The benefits package is all-around great The human resources department is extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cons

Extreme favoritism, PTO is not approved in a reasonable timeframe, no work from home option in case of emergencies unless you are a part of the "merritt clique". You are expected to work extreme hours and if you do not that will be held against you. Training is not formal and is pretty minimal, not setting you up to do well. Management is not friendly unless you have connections with other members of management. Not a very collaborative environment overall.
