Working at Merritt has been so rewarding and a breath of fresh air. It's a fast paced environment (which I love!!!) and the days just fly by. The pay seems to be at the higher end and they are very flexible when it comes to work/home balance (rare these days) The atmosphere is really refreshing too. Everyone is very helpful and always offering assistance. I love how every single person is committed to excellence and working hard. Great team atmosphere!!
