Pros

Mediocre benefit & salaries are up to par with industry standards.

Cons

The interview process lasted a little over two months and included Excel test, personality test, and a practice estimate - at which point I was hired based on the skills I displayed during this process. I must have interviewed with 8-9 people. The introductory period was minimal and they weren't in a position to train, so I was thrown right in. Supervisor and owner were aware of my experience level upon their decision to hire me. Things started to get slow for them and they decided to let me go after 2 months, citing that my experience level wasn't up to par with what they needed, despite my completing estimates for them without any sort of indication they were unhappy with the quality. It was strange - they talk about their industry as if they're doing God's work. Training and growth opportunities are non-existent. Everything micromanaged by owners & upper management.
