Pros

The company is thriving. If you are a hard working dedicated employee, there is room for growth. They have plenty of work, which mean they have plenty of O.T. The hourly rate is good, and they have good medical insurance. Company is clean and follows all OSHA rules and regulations

Cons

Some don't like the O.T., you have to like to make money. They have the work, the rest is up to you. They need reliable employee willing to work, which is hard to find.
