Pros

Great relaxed work environment, but tight deadlines in the retail industry provide challenge. Hours are wonderful, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Over time paid at time and half is generally available.

Cons

Benefits could be better: my main concerns are health insurance and vacation. Being fairly new to the retail industry as a company I find the short turn around times cause some panic, and panic causes confusions. It requires a lot of patience and learning to be prepared to give account for your decisions during the drawing process.

Pros

Eric Jerome was a excellent supervisor and the employees really made me fell welcome.

Cons

The company has a history of misleading potential employees into believing they would make it through their probationary period even though they have no intent on keeping you more than 10 weeks. Beware...
