This company is very poorly managed. If they don't change something they'll go out of business. People are late all the time because we don't have to clock in. Also, because we hate coming to our job that much. Sometimes they don't pay you and I've even had checks bounce. You have to drive your own vehicle practically for free. Being paid commission absolutely sucks. It's very inconsistent. Some weeks I've made $150 on others I've made over $400. If you work hard at this job you can make money but it will drain you physically. We run out of chemicals and towels all the time. If equipment breaks they have no back ups. And when we run out of these things we are always blamed for it, not to mention it takes over a month to receive the things we need. High turnover. Many customers are not nice! Very inconsistent procedures. I've been working here for a year and a half and things have only gone down hill.
