Pros

Monday through Friday schedule. Nice office staff. Attendance bonus monthly.

Cons

Pay. Not paid for drive time. Sometimes driving over an hour to one house.

weekly paychecks, no weekends, some of the customers are very nice to deal with

alot of miles added to your vehicle, working with a different partner every few months, very poor management at my location

Some coworkers are awesome. Everything else is positive.!!

Cons

Managers hide not sharing any complains against me until I'm officially terminated without first & 2nd warning. A coworker must have her right to know what's wrong then fix correcting what is right. Otherwise, some cleaners are neglecting checking fans or blinds that continue growing thick dust! I don't know why they keep these lousy cleaners working and terminating me! It's TERRIBLE
