The work is easy and stress-free Not micro-managed Have to the potential to make great tips if you have regulars who request you personally The work keeps you in shape

Cons

The pay is very low There is no room for growth Partners may not perform their duties leaving you to pick up his or her slack

When you get done cleaning you can go home

Everyone has different cleaning techniques. The pay is not that great. Sometimes they put you by yourself and you have 3 big houses by yourself.

Level of fitness increases. Meet alot of new people and your in a different place all the time.

Cons

No advancement, low pay and very little time off. Having to drive your own car, no benefits and cleaning toilets.
