I had a great partner to work, but others weren't so lucky!

Cons

Using your own car and not getting reimbursed enough for gas and wear and tear. Terrible management. Sometimes you work 10 hour days sometimes they just send you home. Owner takes a huge amount of the earnings and you work your butt off for peanuts. I have worked a 10 hour day and made $80, when minimum wage is $11/hr. Might as well work at Timmy's I hear they get lunch breaks!

Nice people, not micro-managed, weekly pay checks, flexible work environment, stable and reliable work, vacation benefits are nice, tips.

Cons

Hard work, very physical, must be detail oriented, must be able to complete schedule in proper time frame, driving from job to job can get old.

Being pretty fit after working there for a while due to the hard work. Easy job to get due to their desperation. Some people will tip you pretty well and are very nice.

Cons

The wages, the management and the drama. Some places you will have to clean should be condemned.
