Lied to about what commission would be, never compensated for gas.
Pros
The work is good exercise, some of the customers can be very nice.
Cons
At the interview they tell you that you will make 15% of the price of every house cleaning- what they don't tell you is that you make 15% of whatever is LEFT OVER after they take out most of it. So essentially I was working 30-40 hours a week and never made more than $150.00 a week. They also told me that one of their newer maids got the hang of the job quickly and was able to move faster, and thus started making $400 a week or more. I asked her myself in private, and she laughed at me and said that that amount in unheard of. I was promised that I would be compensated for my gas that I burned driving miles and miles to different clients. Some of them were pretty far away. I never got one penny for gas despite turning in my mileage to them daily, so I spent most of my pay on gas. I'm not a kid that lives at home with mom and dad for free, so this was a pretty huge blow. Also, if a client complains about ANYTHING at all, you have to go and redo the house FOR FREE and you never get paid for doing it the first time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.
