Your lucky enough to get a paycheck.

Cons

They take money out your check, no health insurance and it's illegal for them to pay commission while just in house . I talked to the workforce center .

Money is literally the only "pro" that I can think of. It was a good introduction to grueling manual labor. A huge incentive to get a white-collar job!

Cons

Astronomical turnover rate, very low pay, cleaners are expected to rack up hundreds of miles in their personal cars traveling to clients' houses. WAY too much drama.
