Everything. Pay is very unfair, you feel like a slave. It is extremely hard on your body and car , my car broke down twice and management did not care, I would often come home in so much pain I would not be able to move my legs or wrists, and management does not care what so ever. If you have health problems they WILL NOT work around your limitations they will just fire you or work you so hard that you eventually quit on the spot. New workers everyday, old workers that are nice end up quiting then you are left with the worst people with the worst attitudes. If you are partnered with someone good luck because you get half the pay and if your partner misses a surface YOU also get blamed for it and have your money taken away from you which should be illegal. It is the definition of hell. I do not know how I worked there for a year and a half, oh yeah and the "raise" you get after a year of working your absolute blood and bones for is only $1, THAT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IN YOUR PAYCHECK. The meetings are useless and repetitive, they will out right tell you in front of everyone what your mistakes are and degrade you. Manager has no business running a company if all they do is bait and switch you in the interview. Lies lies lies. Avoid his place at all cost, your physical and mental health will be in danger from this company. After upon quitting and working so hard for these people they could not even say one nice thing to me, just a swift kick out the door. Management also gossips and makes fun of workers. Very disrespectful. Lastley they will send you 40 to 50 minutes away for 1 house that you may only make $25 for cleaning a whole house, they will also send you in blindly to horrible houses that should not even be cleaned with out a hazmat suit. Forced to clean the most disgusting and biohazard filth even though they said in the interview "if a house is too bad we will pull you out" LIES. They want you to make them THEIR money regardless. I also passed out on the job and management gave no cares or showed any concern or even asked me the next day if I was okay. They do not care about you.
