None. Once a great place to work and now has fallen so far down it's a shame.

Cons

Poorly run organization that does not know what it's doing. Treats it's employees like they are worthless. Having had direct interface with Marcus Tom, you would understand the disconnect and poor treatment of staff. No one really knows or understands the true essence of this company and it's franchisees.
