Cons

Heavy strain on your body, a LOT of energy goes into this job. It’s much more exhausting than it sounds. You can’t please everyone.

Reimbursement for mileage is $.49 per mile when the federal mileage reimbursement is $.62. Equipment is old very used and to be honest embarrassing to take into each house. Lack of knowledge, send employees into houses not even knowing what to expect. Multiple times I have gone into a home quoted over the phone and upon arrival let our office know the conditions and when it takes longer than expected the team gets frowned upon because it shouldn’t have taken that long given the quote over the phone and not in person. If a house is being charged hundreds of dollars you as a teammate only make about $80 on average per house, which seems to be a lot but where is the other hundreds going? If they are not even paying you the federal reimbursement for mileage. They skim everyone’s check by at least 20$ every pay check just for mileage and there pay system is so confusing about production and hourly is ridiculous when you ask them about your pay they make it so much more complicated so it confuses you more to just shut you up. Do not recommend this company.
