Pros

Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Cons

Everything, rude owner, low pay, rules that the owner makes up on her own. Drive your own car, have to be by yourself most of the time, hours are always longer than told what they would be.

Team members are paid fairly.

Cons

The location where I worked was under staffed which left most everyone with a very heavy cleaning schedule and working very long days.

Merry Maids Cleaner

Pros

They have some benefits, which is more than can be said about many employers. They also paid weekly. Uniforms were not hideous.

Cons

Hours were not very flexible; you had to be available for the whole day, and many times I went home at 10:30 am because there was no more work. Pay was slightly confusing, as it was a percentage of what the company charged, divided by how many cleaners.
