Pros

Don't have a boss over your shoulder all the time Paid weekly The girls can be awesome Get to go different places everyday Wednesday they feed you breakfast. I.e. doughnuts n fruit. My boss was awesome

Cons

Pay sucks if you don't get good houses or they bid wrong Paid by house not hourly. Which an be good or bad If your stuck with a crappy partner your life is hell. I got put with the one of the slow people and I had consistently 12-14 hr days and only made 300 a week. Hard work not very rewarding No training!!

Pros

Great management and support, routine, bonuses, goals, promotion, great team that you make life long friends with. great hours for family balance.

Cons

low salary, drivers have to drive their own vehicles so wear and tear on your own vehicle. It really affects the whole team if you call in sick. It's better to request a day off than call in sick.

Pros

-Opportunities to make more money through the bonus program and being promoted to captain -Fairly lenient with college students -Improves customer service and communication skills -1 Paid Vacation Day earned for every 50 days of working -Extensive and professional knowledge on cleaning most areas of a house

Cons

-Different schedule every day, schedule is often overloaded due to lack of employees -No company cars, so your vehicle receives lots of wear and tear -No set hours- some days you get off at noon, others at 6 PM -Commission pay- It doesn't matter how long you work that day, only the number and price of houses -Customers often complain because they don't get a consistent team, but the office makes that decision -Terribly understaffed and underpaid
