Pros

Low stress environment, management team is great to work for (If you do your job, aren't late very often and are there every day. Go figure). Paid sick leave/ vacation, 10 paid holidays, 401 K, profit sharing, low cost family medical and dental, vision program, competitive pay.

Cons

Pay scale seems to be somewhat screwy in regard to seniority and skill set. Raises (other than cost of living) tend to be hard to come by.

My experience at Mersen was very good and could have been great, given the opportunity to show my full protentials.

Pros

At Mersen the employees are friendly, cooperative and helpfull and very open in sharing knowledge about its products which makes worken there a good experience.

Cons

Work downtime to me was too constant which causes delay in production. Need improvement.Working conditions in the summer is a little bit uncomfortable.(No AC) But can be tolerated.
