Pros

Mersive is a great company to work for. It provides the perfect mix of great people, a software product to stand behind, and a welcoming/established leadership team. Mersive provides a collaborative work environment where idea's are meant to be shared and open/honest communication is the standard. The atmosphere is a continuous motivator to push the boundaries of innovation. It is a great place to work for people who are self-starters, self-advocates, and those who enjoy a challenge. With a fully stocked fridge/snacks, equipment ordered for you as needed, and a dog friendly environment...what more could you want.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but if you are the type of person who wants to come into work everyday with a manual of day to day responsibilities and processes, then this isn't the place for you.
