Pros

The people are smart and passionate about what they do. Exec team has strong experience and it's clear they care about our culture as much as they do our business. The technical challenges we are solving are significant. We are in a huge market and the company is doing extremely well.

Cons

Working for a growth stage company means a bit of chaos. We don't have everything figured out, but we try to learn as fast as we can along the way.
