Pros

A lot of great people, surface level environment is great. Downtown.

Cons

Mersive makes a ton of cash, and the idea is not to rock the boat. If you like fitting into a system it could be a good fit for you. Try to come in at a higher level because they skimp current employees while offering shiny new hires more money to do the same thing. The hierarchy very much exists, and if you like that, then you'll probably do well..

Cons

A lot of the times it feels like we bite off more than we can manage, forcing employees to give it 120% to meet deadlines for projects/features that may not have been scoped out properly

Pros

Mersive is a growing company, and allow all employees to build their careers as they grow. Management is great. You'll feel valued and challenged daily. You'll have every opportunity to succeed as long as you're willing to try hard.

Cons

The company is growing so it's very fast-pace here. Not a con, but be ready to work hard.
