Pros

When I was first hired, great benefits, wonderful culture, and a huge interest to do better.

Cons

After the new CEO took over, you saw all the cracks in the facade. Old management struggled after COVID and did not take the necessary steps to get out of the hole they dug. New CEO stepped in and is trying to wipe the slate clean with layoffs and product pivots. I was laid off so that they could outsource my job to their Poland office. I’m surprised they still are a company at this point. The ship was sinking a long time ago and they are just trying to stay afloat now with a skeleton crew.

Cons

leadership is blind. They need to reflect on what changes need to be made in order to have improvement but they continue to have on blinders .

Good coworkers and a nice Downtown location.

Cons

Not every team is treated with the same respect. Toxic leadership in some teams.
