Pros

Most of the people as mentioned in other reviews are great and very knowledgeable. Not a bad company but support management has issues.

Cons

Micro managed on a very sneaky level, made to feel like its your fault if wrong information is given although they provide little to no training if on the support team. Documents for job performance assistance provided as needed and/or as asked for if even available(meaning someone literally just wrote it).

An Exciting Place to Work

Pros

Mersive is growing fast and it is an exciting place to work. Everyone is working hard towards the same goals. Additionally, there is a lot of exposure to upper management. The office environment is open and accepting and the people are really great. There are a lot of bonding opportunities outside of work (happy hours, ball games, etc.). On top of everything else, the product itself is stellar.

Cons

A fast paced environment isn't for everyone

Pros

The product itself is solid, and some of the internal teams full of talented and collaborative people.

Cons

Unfortunately, none of the pros matter when you're stuck under toxic leadership. Micromanaging every move to the point of obsession. Daily workflows were stifled by unnecessary check-ins, overbearing supervision, and a complete lack of trust. It created a culture of fear and burnout that made Monday through Friday feel like a constant uphill battle. 50% of the team turned over in less than a year... Seemed more interest in control than collaboration, which crushed morale and made it impossible to grow or enjoy the work. Nothing you’d want—zero support, zero autonomy, and all-around poor management. Proceed with caution.
