The company has had some changes...

Pros

When I worked there, the pros were my fellow employees. My boss was great, and I worked with some very nice and helpful people. It was overall a good experience that was cut short due to the need to work 100% remote due to changing life circumstances. I left on good terms.

Cons

The boss who hired me was laid off a about 4 months after I was hired. This was back in 2022, and since then, I've noticed MASSIVE turnover at the company as every good employee I ever worked with there was laid off.

Pros

Literally nothing is going well

Cons

Forced return to office which was actually a quiet layoff (sure saved a lot of severance!) Huge actual layoffs bookending the return to office. Remaining skeleton crew also laid off. Why would you ever consider working here?

Once a good company, now it's falling a part

Pros

This company used to be a pretty thriving "start up" pre- pandemic. It had a lot of great innovators that really wanted to build a good product.

Cons

I don't think this company will last much longer. They've also opened a new office in Poland and are outsourcing all jobs there within the year. They made their US staff train the Polish employees, only to take over their jobs.
