Owner is always looking for ways to take care of employees. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

Poor leadership makes bad decisions (on the verge of unethical and illegal) and does nothing to reward performance or improve poor performers. Morale amongst employees is low as a result.

Great Benefits, great time off, lots of vacation, clean environment, nice location. I cannot express how much I liked the benefit package. The pay is nice as well.

Cons

Poor communication between older supervisors and new people. Most supervisors are in their 60's or 70's and communicate very poorly with new employees.
