Pros

Great health insurance, cubicles with windows.

Cons

Major favoritism on the office. Three people were joined at the hip and would gossip about everyone else in the office. Those three people could do no wrong. They also ate lunch together every day and did not invite anyone of a “lower working tier”. They promoted a training environment, yet did not offer any formal training besides to “throw you in the deep end and ask questions on how to swim while you drown.” The 401k was only matched once a year and they let people go before giving out year end bonuses. They kept secrets about why HR had visited the smaller office.

Slow work and growing pains

Pros

Good building with free parking.

Cons

I have worked for Mesa for nearly 10 years. Over that time we have experienced a lot of growing pains. Hire too many, too quickly. Work slows down and layoffs begin. It’s a stressful work environment to wonder if this will be the week someone or a group gets laid off. We have a pretty good benefits and our insurance is pretty good but getting more standard. We get once a year bonus that is usually decent. There are some poor leadership within the company and even higher ups that take advantage of the leisure work hours. I just wish the stability of work and no chance of layoffs was better.
