Diversification of workforce and able to work remotely.

Cons

First six months were hell, being yelled at and belittled with little or no direction, typically the just set you up to fail, my boss was the worsted boss I have had in 35 year career.

Hybrid work schedule is nice.

Cons

Adequate insurance. Very bad management with section heads compromising any movement or collaboration within the company. Very authoritarian in its inability to give employees a fair voice. Compensation and very poor.

Not really any pros to mention here that aren't available at every other company in the same industry.

Cons

I was told I didn't ask enough questions. Then after asking more questions I was called into the same managers office and told I was asking too many questions. I requested a specific person to mentor me and was told that they were too busy and instead I was put with the woman who yelled at me. Would not recommend.
