All things expressed in this review are my opinion. The health insurance is expensive but comprehensive. It’s probably the most peace of mind you will feel in terms of health insurance you will find anywhere but the pay itself was sub-standard compared to what other contractors are paying.
Cons
All things expressed in this review are my opinion. Most of the positive reviews I’ve seen from Mesa were from before new senior management was brought in. The first few years I spent there were fantastic, maybe even the best job I’ve ever had. Once new management took over though everything changed in terms of employee treatment. They lied so often you could not trust anything that was told to you and yet the company keeps promoting these people to higher and higher positions. There has been a lot of turnover over the last 2.5 years because they are not paying what competitors are paying.
