      Pros

      The team truly works together to achieve unified goals. Leadership has clear expectations and communicates them effectively. Team members and team leads empower you to achieve your OKR's and goals. All in all, work is fun.

      Cons

      Meetings with AU team members when you are in the US can sometimes be at odd times given the time difference.

      Overall, most positive environment I have worked with thus far.

      Flexible, supportive, strong work life balance, big on mental health and well-being of team members. Offers alot of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Continuously evolving, this can be positive, but is not great if you before a simple "clock in, clock out" mentality.
